Key | Summary | Description |
---|---|---|
IBALDEV-4464 IBALDEV-4522 | Mobile app: Create POD - Display products contained in packages Mobile app: Consignment details - Display products contained in packages | Products added to a consignment and linked to packages via the Web Hub or Geo2 API integration will now appear on the Stop details and Create POD page in the mobile app. Each product card may show details like product code, description, quantity, and weight, based on the available information. |
IBALDEV-4465 | Mobile app: POD - Product-level failures when products are contained in packages | On the Create POD page in the mobile app, you can now mark specific products as not delivered by selecting a failure reason code and indicating the failed quantities out of the total planned. If only part of the products within a package fail, the package will receive a new status of "Partially successful." Alternatively, you can mark the entire package as failed manually by unticking the checkbox or during the scanning process by not scanning it, in which case all products inside the package will be marked as fully failed. |
IBALDEV-6004 IBALDEV-6010 | Mobile app: Changes in package-level failures Mobile app: Changes in product-level failures | UI updates have been applied to the existing package and product-level failure logic (when not linked) to align with the new UI for products within packages on the Create POD page in the mobile app. |
IBALDEV-4512 | Mobile app: POD history - product-level failures when products are contained in packages | Line-level failures for products inside packages will be reflected in the POD history on the mobile app, in the Web Hub, or through integration with the Geo2 API. |
IBALDEV-5734 | Mobile app: Display package description on Stop details and Create POD pages | When adding packages to a consignment via the Web Hub or Geo2 API integration, it is possible to provide a description of it. This description will now be displayed on each package card on the Stop details and Create POD pages in the mobile app, based on available information. |
IBALDEV-5774 | Mobile app: Possibility to sign out or change organization on Info page | On the Info pages in the mobile app displayed in such cases as when no subscription is assigned in Geo2, you can now switch to an organization with a valid subscription or log out to change your account. |
IBALDEV-5970 | Web UI: Load optimization with time windows | On the Load plan page, under the Actions button, you will now find the new "Optimize with time windows" option. It is enabled when "Required from" and/or "Required to" dates/times are set inside at least one consignment assigned to a load in the Web Hub or via API. By pressing it, the system will generate the most efficient route, factoring in time windows to help reduce costs and save time. You can also optimize specific stops of your route. By selecting a few neighbouring stops from the list and clicking "Optimize selection with time windows", the system will perform a partial optimization, considering only the time windows of the selected stops. You can still run a standard route optimization based on distance and traffic alone, skipping any time constraints, by pressing "Optimize without time windows". Load optimization with time windows is not applied to load building. Once loads are created, you can go inside them and optimize with time windows. After a load optimization, you remain in control. You can manually adjust the stop sequence using drag-and-drop, and press Save to apply automatic recalibration. |
IBALDEV-5773 IBALDEV-5766 IBALDEV-5762 IBALDEV-5761 IBALDEV-5760 | Web UI: Environment settings > Vehicle categories API: Restrict assigning drivers to vehicles based on vehicle category Web UI: Restrict assigning drivers to vehicles based on vehicle category Web: Add Vehicle categories to Environment User entity Web UI: Add Vehicle categories to Vehicle entity | In the Environment settings, you will now find a "Vehicle Categories" tab. By default, standard driving categories (A, B, C, etc.) are listed. You can edit or delete them and create custom categories for your environment. These categories can then be assigned to vehicles (via Environment settings → Vehicles) and users (via Environment settings → Users). It is possible to select multiple categories. When planning a load on the Load plan page in the Hub or via the Geo2 API, the system will match the user’s and vehicle’s categories. Users without categories can only be assigned to vehicles without categories. Vehicles without categories can be assigned to any user. Assigning categories to users and vehicles is optional. |
IBALDEV-5714 IBALDEV-5708 | API: Load additional users as participants Web UI: Load additional users as participants | The "User" field in a load within the Web Hub has been renamed to "Driver". We have also introduced a new "Participants" field in both the Web Hub and API, allowing up to 2 additional users to be added to a load. While the driver retains the ability to start and complete a load, participants will have access to a load to check the list of stops and create POD's for them. Currently, this feature is available in the Web Hub and API. Mobile app support will be included in version 2.32, set to release in the next few weeks. For load tracking, only the main driver’s geolocation will be displayed. However, for POD's, the geolocation of the user who records it will be captured (either the driver or participant). |
IBALDEV-5984 | Web UI: Change info icons to questions for help in fields | In the Web Hub, all information icons on fields have been replaced with question marks. Hovering over these icons provides an explanation of the field’s meaning, its purpose, and/or instructions on where to configure it. |
IBALDEV-5936 | Web UI: Use common component for organization/environment selector | To enhance navigation between organizations and their environments, the organization/environment selector in the header toolbar is now highlighted with a grey background, indicating that it's clickable. By selecting it, you can switch between organizations and environments or create a new one, provided you have the necessary permissions. |
IBALDEV-5855 | Web UI: Add QR code to install mobile app to Profile menu | A new "Mobile App" tab has been added to the Profile menu. This tab contains a QR code for installing the Geo2 mobile app on iOS or Android devices. Simply scan the code with your device to be redirected to either Google Play or the App Store. |
IBALDEV-5853 | Web UI: Change Create/Edit load page layout | We are updating the design of the Create/Edit Load page in the Web Hub for better usability. On the right side of the page, you will now see a map displaying the selected depot, making it easier to visualize the start and end points of your load. Each field on the page will feature a question icon, providing helpful tooltips when you hover over them, explaining the purpose of the field. For the Depot, Vehicle, and Area fields, there will be the Add button in the tooltip, allowing you to quickly navigate to Environment settings to add new depots, vehicles, or areas as needed. Additionally, the Create/Update button will be pinned at the bottom of the page, ensuring it is always within reach, eliminating the need to scroll and find it. These updates are designed to make load management faster and more intuitive for you. |
